Our sideboard is stocked with fruit juices, yogurt, fresh fruit salad, home-made granola, a choice of cereals, fresh bread, toast and preserves for those who like to graze.

A selection of teas and coffee are available too.

We provide a hot breakfast choice of a full traditional English breakfast using free range eggs and locally sourced meats.

For a lighter option, we provide the choice of poached eggs on toast or scrambled eggs on a muffin or toast (with salmon, bacon, herbs, chilli or cheese)

We can also provide eggy bread (great for children) or omelettes as alternative egg dishes if preferred.

Porridge with or without fruit compote provides another choice.


Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am, but we can be flexible on request.

We serve breakfast in our guest dining/lounge. Large groups, families or those wishing for more privacy or separate dining are welcome to eat in our dining room which is next to the kitchen.

Jenny is a Coeliac and understands the necessity to ensure there is no chance of contamination.

She would like to reassure those with food intolerances and allergies that they will be looked after and catered for.

Please inform us of any special dietary requirements on booking. The menu includes vegetarian and vegan choices.
